Hasn't been looked for repair since April 2019. Completely broken and it's sad. Used to be a critical help for patients and would have been great for the pandemic. =============================== However after your replies to the community about the patch and fix received I can attest as of July 2nd, this updated version is working again as I remembered. Please stay up to date on keeping this working as it is a vital help and thank you so, so much Keystone.

I was told to register on this app, and it will not go through. I can not pick up my medications if I don't have an updated card. I was told this app would allow me to access my card in advance to get my life-saving meds, but it doesn't work. This app deserves zero stars but makes you at least give one, which it is not worthy of.

I am not allowed to register because it says my info is already in use. I signed up for patient portal but not the app, so I have no username. How am I supposed to register if the app won't allow me the use of my info? Also get activation code keeps giving me an error.

I was not happy with this app at all. It was very basic. It could be very organized and help us be organized as well. I rather go on the website and find a doctor.

Can't even log in to my account, although I know for sure that the username & password is correct. I can log in on the website just fine

Registration new user on app is impossible, entering exactly the character/numbers allowed 5 times and an error every time saying min 1 cap, min 1 lower case and min 1 number. I had all required rules covered. I gave up.
