Super easy to use, pictures uploaded with no issues. Not sure why alot of other people have been having so many issues but for me, it worked wonderfully. Followed the steps, waited for the in-app timer to count down and took a photo on the app of the test all done with ease. Results were posted within 1 hour if that of me submitting my tests.

I feel I need to counteract the poor reviews, as I had no trouble uploading and when I realized I'd made a mistake on my certificate they responded really quickly to help.

The app is ok, however, the one we tried, the basic antigen cert. The QR code did not work for Verify app scan, it has to manually input the test result, the Clarity may need to take a look why QR code not be accepted. Otherwise, it is easy to use.

Absolutely dreadful app and dreadful test provider, no response when I've emailed them with my issues. No contact number. App keeps stopping. Don't waste your money.

Awful app had to download as I was on holiday and TUI choose this company for lateral flow tests. App does not work. None of the features work beyond the initial use
