Description
Klick is designed to help patients securely connect with their clinic, from home, through an app.
It is newly developed by Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (CWFT) for people living with a specific long-term condition.
Klick provides patients with: - Ability to share information about health needs with their clinical team - Reassurance that sensitive health information is handled in an appropriate and secure fashion - Convenient care management
Klick has been developed so that patients with a long-term condition can share information with their outpatient team. The app is only available to patients at CWFT and patients must register to use the app. The registration process will confirm eligibility for use of Klick.
Patients who are eligible for Klick require an Apple smartphone, a UK mobile telephone number, and a hospital number. Patients using Klick consent to their health information being made available to healthcare professionals as clinically required.
Klick features may be expanded in the future to include results communication, care plans, and enhanced appointment management functionality.
Klick represents an evolution in how CWFT helps patients manage long-term conditions. Klick in combination with CWFT clinical services provides high quality and convenient care for patients.
Klick has been developed as a joint working initiative between CWFT and ViiV Healthcare.

UPDATED REVIEW: The previous version was pretty much useless as I was unable to see available appointment dates. The new version has corrected this issue. The support team were responsive and kept me up to date with a resolution of the issue.

Not a great app as all my last appointments and bloods have been booked by phone or when at the clinic. Once the app can include these it will be very useful but really no use in its current format.

Just doesn't work for me (Pixel 6) the moment I try to move to the following month to check availability it says an error has occurred.

Alerts not working on S23 Ultra PLUS nowhere within the app are we reminded that if your 20 mins late, appt cancelled! Not really hard to have that wrapped within the app on the home screen, at the *point* of booking on the actual booking itself. Notifications blocked via latest Android update. Would suggest the app update July 23 update has knocked that off.
