I have Kitsch PGA ear buds, from day 1 {5 years?} this app has always worked perfectly. I do miss the EQ, not that the PGA's need it for most songs, I require extra highs when I'm working with grinders cleaning up my lousy welds. I listen to over 200 hrs of music a month according to Amazon Music insights - I switch out earbuds multiple times a day to enjoy music nonstop without waiting for batteries to charge. For me, the Kitsch app connects and sounds great. Better than most

Fabulous bass response from 10" subwoofer. Crystal clear mids and treble. Matches perfectly with Sony 65 UHD 4K TV. Also have Kitsch surrounds as well.

This app continually fails to connect after the initial setup and software updates. Will work fine for a while after full reinstall, but in a day or so will stop connecting. Useless.

I have a few Cinema soundbars, One power supply blew on one, however, I fixed, All three systems are buggy, cuts off when it wants. You have to unplug it. Reset the power on it doesn't even have a manual switch. You have to try to unplug it. The system sounds great but the software in it buggy as hell. If you push the buttons on the soundbar they would just keep cycling through with no more touching. It will continue to cycle through until you have to unplug it. This is true on all three of them

I have to pair the device again about 90% of the times that I open the app, and then it doesn't save any settings I've made.

Connecting to The Fives is inconsistent and unreliable. Has a bug where it shows dynamic bass is disabled (when it's not) after connecting. Firmware is fully up-to-date after initial update via USB stick.
