I did every thing till the limit activation, then I tried to get my klivvr card but the sales person didn't give it to me saying alot of silly excuses like we are on rush, it is peak moment, and we are on triple zero offers day (that was why I need my card to buy and claim the offer) and told me to come in any other day without looking at my face, and with 0% polite response !!!!! Are you always like this klivvr!!!!!! Tell me so I avoid using your app!

Very poor customer experience. I activated the application and received a credit limit, then visited Branch 2B in Dokki to sign the contract. My application was rejected due to “proof of employment,” despite providing my national ID, Commercial Registration, Tax Card, and proof that I am a general partner in Cubex Construction. The Area Manager then asked for the original Tax Card, although this requirement was never communicated beforehand. Very frustrating and disappointing service.

There are no words to describe how bad their service is. I wish there were an option to give zero stars. Their customer service is non-existent—they simply do not respond. Extremely disappointing experience.
