New App Version is not recommendable!!! It takes too long to log in. I cannot withdraw easily when I am in a hurry. It took almost an hour just trying to log in!!! Very laggy. NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!! PLEASE TRY TO FIX THIS LAG ISSUE!!!

I cannot go through the app. It says log in but then when I logged in, it says no users found. Even if its being reported to the heads. Poor bank app! Hard to log in. and also if you transfer money it will deduct on your account but I didn't receive money in my gcash account. The customer service is poor too!!! Nonsense app!
