It has been over a year and the app has been working a lot better in most departments that I use it for. Namely, heart monitor, heart rate, sleep, with extra information on light, deep and REM sleep. All are great and give me my general sleep patterns overnight and day sleep. This is because I have 4 sleep disorders. Use as a guide of course and in emergency contact your GP or emergency services. The one thing is the Bluetooth. Sometimes it works.

Disappointing app and upgrades. Great watch though! The app, however, is not. Its main problem: Mountaineering GPS tracking doesn't track elevation (i.e.record altitude) on mountaineering hiking. AMAZWEAR 😑. On a €135 smartwatch it's lousy. My old €35 Amalfi Bip U pro definitely did. Other issues: 1. No satellite view on GPS tracking. 2. No YEAR on stats. Update: Kospet Customer Service is responsive, but not helpful. When asked when next app version release: UNCERTAIN.

point-blank watch will not stay connected to my phone. Battery dies too quickly within 2 days. The battery is just about dead, and now I cannot get the watch to connect to my phone or the phone to connect to my watch. Everything is on all notifications. Every single thing is on my phone and on my watch and the watch is still not connecting. It will not recognize phone. Phone will not recognize watch.

Mar/2025 update caused complete lost of sleep monitoring. Rebooting Watch, or the app is ineffective to recover sleep monitoring function. July/2025 Recent software update generated more sale spams, still lost health data monitoring randomly... Aug/2025 Losing data and connection about once per week. 12/05/2025 still losing connection and monitoring data. New feature - Stop all health monitoring *Tank T3 Ultra 2* Res: Shut off watch, reboot app installed device, turning watch on then this app.
