Payment options are not working. What's the purpose of giving payment through card or tap to pay option when you can't manage it properly. Worst app experience I have ever had.

It is a very useless and third class application, it does not work properly. Also, the same bill that was being paid for free from Easypaisa and other accounts is being charged separately by Kuickpay (with name: platform fee). I don't know which poor person has made this pathetic app and somehow wants to extract money from the public.

Rubbish app. Support is pathetic. Transferred money to account but unable to access wallet. Helpline is not helping. Useless app. Zero star

Third Class -5-Star Service On 8th July, 25 I tried to pay National University of Medical Science (NUMS) voucher on Kuickpay because they are the only worst online payment partners with NUMS but unfortunately the amount is being deducted from my debit card and status of voucher is still unpaid on Kuickpay + NUMS website. I'm trying my best from hours to contact support but Kuickpay forget to hire a team for receiving and responding calls + messages on provided landline + WhatsApp number.
