Very worst app every time when we log in it asks to reinstall the app and register for every time. I have never seen this type of foolish app

Why to de register, it was all going well, then it is made compulsory to de register and link again. Now I am stuck, not able to sign in as I don't have debited card, and may have to visit bank as the Net Banking login account says inactive. I have been using mobile banking active, as both are using same ID why the net banking says inactive, why should someone log in to Net Banking and keep it active, what kind cave mode are you guys in????
