Hi, The new app has a very good UI/UX design. I noticed one issue with the Notifications feature: When the user taps the Notification icon, the Notification screen opens as expected. However, if the user is already on the Notification screen and taps the Notification icon again, another instance of the same Notification screen is opened. This continues every time the icon is tapped, resulting in multiple duplicate Notification screens being stacked.

This is my worst experience. It's a complete fraud online. I have started my 11-month scheme in old version of app in May 2026. There is no payment option for second month. After a lot of complaints and WhatsApp communication It's no progress. The scheme automatically switched to one month scheme. After the latest version my dumb brain believed in new version and started another scheme now it is showing KYC failed and payment not accepted for 2nd month. The Dumb app doesn't support KYC update.

I have updated this app, but it's not working after opening the app it's not going inside just showing Lalitha jewelry logo itself I already joined the scheme and I already paid one month for gold scheme and I have to pay next month, but it's not working

When I fulfilled my installment and I was matured. Due to the delay in getting the gold from the lalithaa branch from my side, some days after the app gets auto updated but my matured scheme and transactions are not available. Now how can I get my gold. On what proof necessary while showcasing it to the branch team by offline. I am very deeply sad about this online. From lalithaa customer have help me then it will be grateful to you
