City if Lansing employee on the receiving end of submitted issues need to get permission to reply directly to submitters. As Citizen 5531143, I am not happy with receiving replies that my submission is closed without knowing what has been done to rectify the issue. I even requested to be contacted by a supervisor and after 3 weeks, I still have not heard from anyone and there was a crew directly across from my home taking care of one of my reported issues.

I would like to thank the Lansing Connect administrators and the Lansing Police for such fast and thorough action on resolving the noise/excessive speed problem -- not only down Moores River Drive, but on MLK, which was being used as a frightenly dangerous and loud race strip. It has made such an enormous difference in the neighborhood! I and my neighbors thank you most heartily for your exceptional service!

A non-emergency gun issue we reported here was closed with no resolution. It is obvious whoever closed this Ticket did not even bother to read our initial report. Other problems we have reported here have never been responded to at all. A feedback survey was sent to my email, but when I attempted to enter a rating it said "sorry the service request you are trying to view is private". So - poor outcomes, a one-star rating, but the people running the system don't really want to hear that...

Alerts that I've signed up aren't coming through . I asked you to tell me when to take my trash to the curb, and you didn't tell me anything, ON THE DAY I SHOULD BE MUNICIPALY SERVICED. I apparently let's pay city taxes for an app that doesn't work
