The Laser Pecker experience is always good when you consider it as being a user-friendly mobile solution for simple tasks. You want to use the PC application for anything serious, so don't expect this to be serious and vote it down when it isn't. It's only flaw, is that it is notorious for no longer finding any units nearby when trying to connect. Some people say you have to freshly install the app every time, but that isn't the case. The solution is much more simple, restart your phone!

Somehow with the new update I am unable to manually adjust my laser center point before starting the job. I used to love that feature and used it a lot. Any chance it can be brought back? I see it's still available on an iPhone but can't do it in my Android. Otherwise, a happy customer.

Man the software is lacking so incredibly so. Please stay away from making any Laser pecker purchase. I have an LP2 and for years it's been a complete headache and now the app crashes on startup on Android making the expensive laser obsolete. Never again.

Cant login because they have the number keyboard instead of a letter keyboard when you try to type in the password field.

The app is bricked. You cannot to control your laser printer engraver anymore. Since there is no other software, my laser printer is now a paperweight until they decide to update it and make it compatible with current Android OS version. Do not purchase their products
