★★☆☆☆ WTF? We've had a zoho professional account I've been using on the desktop and with the zoho app. I installed this. Running it wants me to log in, and it automatically recognized my normal zoho login. They I get nothing but an "Accounts" page with no "Leads" app whatsoever. I searched and searched through menus. No luck. Also found out that trying room access zoho CRM through the menu of zoho apps only resulted in a loading hang with a partial zoho CRM interface. Worthless frustrating waste of time.

★★☆☆☆ You have to pay to scan cards. Even the link to "buy now" returns an error. The whole login process is exhaustive and requires to activate a 15-day enterprise trial on Zoho CRM website. Terrible.

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't work worth a damn. Crashes Every time I try to scan in a card.
