The new version of this app is way better than before. The Bluetooth connection is faster and the UX is more friendly. They have been responding my email frequently and solved my problems with the app. Now, I have bought 2 more weigh scale for my family too. They feel easier to use Leanne than other scale out there.

Bought a scale that only works with this app and half the time it doesn't connect, so it is just like having a regular digital scale. If it was Bluetooth, I would love it if it worked with health connect, so it would automatically update to other health apps. Waste of money will return scale.

If I could leave a zero star I would!! Absolutely useless! Downloaded to use with Bluetooth scales. It won't allow you to register. Keeps pinging back to say what the password requirements are but doesn't go any further. I have tried passwords such as DtT86BQ! WckW and Is1tacon? Both of which match the instructions (if they don't, the instructions need changing!). EDIT: eventually got a password to work. But then the scales wouldn't Bluetooth to the app. Will be uninstalling and returning scales.

Same experiences like the other two reviews: Synchronized only on first weigh in. And only gave you body weight not other fancy measurements like body fat, mass Etc. I downloaded the app first on my Huawei P10 and then iPad Air 2. Nothing synchronized on iPad at all! Such a scam! I'm going to return the scale!
