I only use it for swimming bookings, but very clear & easy to use. Simple booking process, & a separate option to see my booked sessions.

Too many "toasts" confirming actions. Needs option to multi-book sessions in a week. Going back and forth with lots of confirmation pop-ups to book, say, 6 gym and swim sessions is tedious

This app and the website have done irreparable psychic damage to me. Before I made an account I could see classes from today through the week and next week. It told me to make an account, which is very reasonable, I thought I'll make an account in the app. I can't. I had to go to the barely functioning website to even make an account. But I should be able to get into that account right? Wrong again. I had to request a password reset, then after classes on Friday it jumped to Thursday next week

Awful crashes all the time when classes pop up to click to book from waiting list and screen goes blank! The old system of being on waiting list & app put you in the class depending on where you were in line was far better! This business of fast finger first to get into classes is a nightmare cos the app crashes when everyone is trying to get into classes.

Unfriendly to use with limited restrictions on booking times which is extremely inconvenient. You can't book the 6am gym if wake up late. And if I book the night before and don't wake up on time it prevents me from cancelling or booking again and shows a late fee of £1. Bullocks Awful and unfriendly. We pay per month and 6am the gym is fairly empty anyway. I always speak to a member of staff and say the same thing but nothing changes.
