Overall it's a great app I just want to know why it goes into sleep mode on my laptop when I don'thave a timer set

Omg, I love this streaming service! No more expensive cable service for me. Plus, I have way more channels than I've ever had with cable!

First of all, reading all the negative reviews, I have to say it's not the app that's causing the problem? Seriously has anybody contact your provider whom you made your payment thru? That's where the problem is? The Lenoxmp app strictly is a media player designed to stream content that the provider SentraTv or whom you paid to stream their services thru...the provider are not quite like Netflix or Hulu whom has servers in just about every State with minimum technical issues or none at all. Unless you contact your provider don't blame this app been there done that.
★★☆☆☆
The app recently, will not play anymore as SentraTV on my dell computer. On my Samsung TV it would play for a few minutes then freeze up and close out. It works pretty well on my tablet and android phone.
★★☆☆☆
Go out to much especially the movies And back to the app so you have to reload it! Goes out alot on my firestorm and some channels want play at all.
★★☆☆☆
The service skips and freezes so much now and the doesn't respond when you contact them. I may have to find another provider
★★☆☆☆
Ok what gives. I use this on my android box and my fire stick. New update works good on the fire stick. But dead on my Android box. I had to roll it back to the old version.
★★☆☆☆
Hardly ever allows you to cast movies

Recent app update crashes when trying to view channel (Android 5.0.)
