I really enjoyed the app, was working with my Coach, then about 2 months ago, my chat feature is gone. When I get chat notifications from my coach and I go to click on the message, it says I have no internet and to tap to retry. I don't have any issues with my phone and would like to get this issue resolved, and I have reached out to the support team today.

Currently, telling me that I always never have an internet connection. No way to fix or correct the issue. Not a good thing when one is needing to talk with a coach. Will update my review if it gets fixed

This app has shut down and is not accessible when Traveling in my home country, USA. I have a new compatible android phone. Fix your issues, please. All other apps allow for travel but not Level 2.

I'm receiving instructions to register for HealthSafeID, but the options to actually register are not on the screen either for the HealthSafeID sign in or Level2 sign in. So how the hell do we cross/switch over to HealthSafeID? Here's an idea, since now we have to switch to a "New and Improved" App, why not just have a direct link from Level2's App to the new HealthSafeID's? That way u won't get a 3.8 rating!!! If they care for a person's healthcare so much, don't make it so confusing for them.
