My experience with my alarm system is great, and I have no problems whatsoever thanks liberty

Awesome app and setup, just wish I could set up to only get notifications if its armed (away). Otherwise im spammed all day amd its annoying

The system is amazing. It makes me feel very safe and secure. The cameras are pretty clear. If I was to give 1 complaint it would be that the doorbell camers are not in color. It would be extremely helpful and beneficial if all the camera recorded in color.

As a customer, and one that doesn't leave reviews, good or bad. I am very disappointed with this app (Samsung phone). For a home security system, you want safety and quick action to respond to an emergency or even the doorbell when someone is at the door. Not an app that "is not working" 99% of the time and kicks you out with a "close the app or wait" selection. I'm glad my contract is coming to an end so that I can delete this app.

Riddled with Issues, this app, when it's deciding to work, works well enough, but it never decides to work. I can't access my doorbell camera, I never hear if someone is at the door, and at times when I need to lock all the doors etc., it takes multiple refreshes. However, my partner and I share the account, and he gets notifications of doorbells etc., even when he's in another country. It would be great if Liberty could figure out how to have two people access an account that functions.
