Worst app and security system I've had. Consistently getting rebranded. No window sticker changes. Zero customer service. App always crashes me out! When someone rings the doorbell I can't even ring cam them. My 1 camera has a blurred defect. 1 ring cam isn't connected to my actual doorbell. I normally don't write reviews but this one I had to, to save others a headache.

Never works or loads properly and if it does, it take forever. Said my house was disarmed when it was in fact armed. So frustrating to deal with.

App constantly crashes or won't open. Always have to uninstall and reinstall to have it work for a few days and then do it all over again. This system is not worth your money. I can't wait until my contract is up, so I can cancel it.
