So far so good! I have a VERRRY serious inability to keep track of clients whether it's adhd or plain absent-mindedness and THIS has been The only app I've enjoyed (trying my best) keeping up with. I'm not sure if it's already an option but my only suggestion or qualm is having to enter clientele manually even tho I have them saved as contacts already

Pros Attentive customer service They listen and try to fix ALL issues addressed They're very real. They usually don't beat around the bush on things. If they can fix it they usually will. There's a ton of great tattoo artist specific features on the app that are well-thought-out they work with afterpay Cons Usa customer service hours are limited App can get buggy Payments can be delayed A bit sketchy, a lot of trust needed between booking app, client and artist
