I get errors trying to set up an account. Can't even get into the app to do anything. Horrible

Each time my provider calls me, I see the call coming in, but it seems to error immediately. The call disappears without any option to accept/reject the call. Not worked once. Each time I want to log in, I have to reset my password. Even when I KNOW it's the password I set up last time. Wish I could access via fingerprint to avoid this. I hate this app. My provider likes it for messages which is good.
