My team uses Halo to stay in contact throughout the workday and coordinate as plans change. The on-call schedules built in the system make it easy to get in touch with the right person when we need help from another specialist. Our building has spotty cell service so there fact that the app works on Wi-Fi as well is really helpful. It was easy to learn and a very helpful tool for communication.

It works well giving me the messages, but maybe they can make a driving mode so what when I'm in the car it would not continuously notify me of the message, and I would love it if you could do voice texting it probably has to do with the security features. Also, a dark mode I had to turn on the developer settings to do it, but it should be in the native app

I really did like this app for secure messaging in our organization. However, glide typing no longer works, autocorrect doesn't function, and word suggestions no longer appear. It's made typing a message so painful that I will no longer use it.

Not to mention that requiring employees to have a work app on their personal phone is sinister and can be abused (As a night shift EMT, I appreciate the off-duty setting, but it is not enough) the app is frequently glitchy. Not receiving messages until hours after they were sent and receiving a notification for a message but never actually receiving the message are some issues I have had.

Easy to use Unable to sent more than one attachment. Unable to sent documents. It seems to always have issues with group messaging sending them as individual messages.
