Application improves with every upgrade. Would be nice to get more notifications of upgrades. On the latest Android 12 via Samsung S21. Wait times for customer service up and down, but they always respond.

App doesn't work 99 percent of the time. Just like every other user here reports. Then the hospital flags you for not signing in threatening to revoke facility access. This is ridiculous and a scam of a service.

I Can't SIGN INTO THE APP, SO I'm BEING HELD OUT FROM THE OR AND SURGERY STARTS IN 15 MINUTES. JUST SAYS "LOGGING IN" FOREVER. BAD FOR ME, MY SURGEON, AND HIS PATIENT.

Badge is not pairing, and it constantly won't pull up my information. I will force stop and close the app and go back in, and it still won't show anything. I even try logging out and back in.
