Application improves with every upgrade. Would be nice to get more notifications of upgrades. On the latest Android 12 via Samsung S21. Wait times for customer service up and down, but they always respond.

Badge is not pairing, and it constantly won't pull up my information. I will force stop and close the app and go back in, and it still won't show anything. I even try logging out and back in.

App doesn't work 99 percent of the time. Just like every other user here reports. Then the hospital flags you for not signing in threatening to revoke facility access. This is ridiculous and a scam of a service.

This app consistently doesn't work. Today the check in button for my facility just doesn't do anything. Not able to sign in from mobile. Great work devs.
