I found the solution, for the app if it keeps hanging, if you have a newer phone e.g. S24 android. Download the app then log in using your we browser as in like Chrome to log in to smart square, and it will switch you immediately to the app 🙏💯💯 it works perfect

I would like to see a better monthly view with scheduled times instead of a blue dot. Overall works well but when scheduling it would make it easier if you could see times already scheduled.

Overall the app is okay. I've had to reset the app a few times and clear cache just to use it, despite minimal use. I also wish it showed the location you were picking up a shift prior to picking it up. It's good otherwise.

I get a purple screen and nothing ever loads. I can't log in or look at anything except the initial purple screen.

I use this app to keep track of my work schedule, which my job also uses to update or make changes to schedules for staff. This app had past issues for a couple of months, then it was fixed. After they fixed it, nothing else was wrong with it until they issued an update. Now, since the update, I haven't been able to view my calendar. It just shows my shift and that's it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it only worked for a second. This app is too sketchy for employers to rely on 🙄

This app is slow to boot up, and nearly every time I log in, no shifts will load onto the calendar. The only way I've found to get them to load is logging out and logging back in. There's also no way to use a passcode, fingerprint, or face recognition to log in instead of manually typing in my passphrase every time. This app also does not appear to have an option to sync or export the calendar. Overall, it's easier to use the website rather than the app.
