Software update wiped the stored devices and is now not letting me add the receiver. I can't turn on my aircon because these guys can't code properly

This is the worst app ever made just like there isg gateway it takes forever to update motion and temperature & humidity can't use it to trigger automation use motion sensors I bought 2 motion sensor and 1 ehub and totally regret buying also bought an isg even bigger mistake and waste of money app don't work now I have to go change these linknlink motion sensors
