NOT RECOMMENDED!! Shoes ordered on 12th Dec as an Xmas gift and on 30th Dec still waiting to be helped. No Customer Support numbers and pushed by emails only between Hermes their useless courier agent and Linz themselves who have no power over them too. All you get is emails from Hermes telling you to allow them 48hrs, then 72hrs then Linz telling you that Hermes have told them to wait 48hrs while they sweep their warehouse to find the package. My wife and I have deleted this app.

BE CAREFUL. You will make purchase (will pay for it), but will NEVER see your order or refund. Customer service is horrible, the only response that you will receive is to wait 48 or 72 hours. They will blame delivery company, but when you'll contact it you'll find out that your order was not even sent. Please be careful. Hope you'll not face same experience as I did.

I couldn't log in. I tried resetting my password, but the app was telling me - don't recognize customer. I tried to create an account and then activate it, but I still couldn't log in. Surprisingly, I can log in on the website.
