★★★★★ Should have the feature create category by myself, not all payment recognized belongs to which category by app

★★★★★ App UI is clean and easy to understand, however, improvements can be made. Adhere to Vietnamese's banking habits, they would want to capture the transaction bills after transfer, having that option as a button after completing transfer would be nice. The app can utilize widget as a method of displaying their QR code on the user's home screen, follow Vietnamese's habits of using QR transfers. Also, optimization on performance is needed since the app usually run on transactional errors or delay.

★★★★★ An amazing app with a very thoughtful and clean design. The app is very easy to use. I love the tagging feature to track spending. You can create your own tags and the app can even auto tags future transactions. No glitches so far for me in opening the app, transferring money, or making payments. The debit card offers great cash back. Biobank has the potential to become a leading digital bank in Vietnam.

★★☆☆☆ Tried to take a photo of my ID for 10 minutes in good light conditions. I always get error messages, blurred or corners cut. Though my camera can take sharp photos. Sadly unusable for me.

★★☆☆☆ The UI completely ignores the UX. For most transactions to semd money, we always need to capture the successful screen with all the information including the correct amount of money and the beneficiary information. This app only shows a simple screen saying "successfully sent A amount of money", unusable. If we go back to the transaction lists to view the full information, then there our remaining balance information right on the screen as well. That's just really silly.

★★☆☆☆ Only for local customers' no bnak account or plastic card for expats

★★☆☆☆ Most banks do not support transferring money to Biobank. Friend invitation link doesn't work. It could not even track when my friend downloaded and installed the app.
