I am IN LOVE with this app! Thank God you guys made this, seriously! I was
logging into the desktop version and doing everything this is capable of
doing the long way, and this is SO MUCH BETTER! I love Lion Desk and I LOVE

Cannot edit or add to a contact's data. Cannot apply a filter which I created on the desktop. (Edit: an hour after writing this, I logged back on to the app; the editing function was working quickly and as expected. Perhaps their server was down earlier.)

Not sure why such a big company can't fix their mobile app. I can't see any of the texts from clients. It crashes. Everything goes blank. I have to delete and reinstall all the time, and it still crashes.

This app is useless as a mobile version of what the web version can do. You
can't see your drip campaigns or make changes. In fact, it seems quite
random as to which of Lion desks features it decided to include.

The mobile app is never aligned with desktop app. Contacts are not current in mobile app which is ridiculous!!!

Refuses to log on. The database itself works but if it doesn't work by end of trial then I may go to another crm.
