I love the app. The sessions are really easy to book, and you can add the days and times to your calendar by two to three clicks. Haven't discovered anything working not properly so far 😉

A bit of a clunky mess. Dropdowns require you to drag your finger before you can select anything, you can't get an LA card via the app it just says "contact us" with no contact details, and to update any of the personal info you've just provided when registering on the app you also have to email live active. Looks like it's fine for booking, but only for yourself so not a group or family. Not user-friendly e.g. steps for changing location are not intuitive. Really needed user testing.

Awful to navigate, took ages to even find login. Can't find wee springers class at bells sports center and once I clicked on bells it was impossible to find leisure pool. Serious work needed by developers to make this user-friendly

Laggy and crashes a lot. Also when changing venues I have had a few times it shows the venue doesn't exist.

The live active app is one of the worst I've ever experienced. It's so frustrating, slow and glitchy. The interface is as far from user-friendly or intuitive as you could ever get. It puts you off using the venues and facilities as the app/website creates a huge barrier.
