Love the App so easy to use and book my sessions for gym or swimming love it!!!

★★★★☆ Bill Richardson · Jun 30, 2026

The app is very handy and works well. I've just started using it for the gym, and it's great for this. I find the library part to be really annoying. Unlike the gym, which remembers you, you have to work your way through to the catalog every time, and if you want to reserve a book, then you have to log in. It would be easier, I think, if it remembered you the same way as the gym does.

Can't make bookings, won't let me use cashless balance and when requesting cashless balance be returned, just keeps spinning. Very poor at best

★★☆☆☆ Rebecca Taggart · Jan 19, 2023

This app is poor, cannot chance leisure centers in the app & once you've booked a session you cannot cancel it. Also, really difficult to find an option to contact someone for support.

★☆☆☆☆ Jim Wilson · Aug 21, 2022

Terrible. Always says I am Teviotdale and have to change each time. Hangs regularly, you have to wait 30 seconds plus when you click a slot for something to happen, often takes several attempts to book anything with a "something went wrong, please contact your center" message Forced use it as I want to access the gym in my town, so struggle on. Please can a professional company to build a working App!!
