As of a month or two ago, the app is notifying me on my mobile phone even though I have the Live Chat app open on my computer. There is a setting on the mobile app that notifications will be muted if I'm active on my computer. Now I'm getting a notification on my computer & mobile phone every time there is a new visitor in the queue

Since the update, that app has become frustrating to use. It takes too long to send messages and keeps geting stuck every minute. It's no longer as smooth or reliable as before.

Even if I turn off "Accept chat", I still get messages and when they aren't replied, the chats get transferred to other agents. This very disappointing. Please fix it and I will give 5star.
