I don’t get the hate for this app, some folks just love to whine. Setup was a breeze: plug in the dispenser, follow the app’s clear prompts, done. It’s not hard, people. The interface is intuitive, tracks doses, and sets alarms perfectly. Older users struggling? Sounds like user error, not the app’s fault. And the location request? Obviously needed to sync reminders properly. Don’t like it? Use a pillbox, alarm clock, and calendar. This app has been very reliable. 5 stars—works great if you try.

Both the app and pill dispenser are great, the dispenser is large but can contain many doses, the one big drawback to the app is it has a chance to not save input example if you set the volume from medium to mute it may stay at medium volume

UPDATE: I emailed the company, and they emailed me back quickly on a Saturday even. They were fixing a glitch. They emailed me again the same day to tell me it was resolved. I am impressed with the quick response and resolution. The app works as advertised. I have epilepsy and need to take meds on time. The app makes it easier to use the pill box.

7/28/25 Other than the Wi-Fi, the pill dispenser itself APPEARS to be fine. This is my brother's third one, and as always, THE Wi-Fi WILL NOT CONNECT on either one! This is my only problem!

Monitored my elderly parent was taking her pills as they should. Notifications worked for a while but stopped notifying my cell phone when pills where taken or missed. Pill dispenser works as should dispense pills.

Not easy to reconnect Bluetooth. After initial setup, I've spent hours trying to gwt ot connected to the app and can not. Very frustrating.

The app is not accurately calculating the cycle. There is no way to tell it that you have refilled the dispenser. The alarm goes off, and it only advances to the first slot because it thinks there are no pills available. I have emailed support and gotten no response. This is useless unless it is fixed.
