Everything was fine except not sure how the Telemedicine process works. Not sure where to click or wait before the consultation/review begin.

Had to download this app for a medical review. Waited on the app at the allocated time but nothing happened for 5 mins. When the phone vibrated there was no "accept call" button. Had to reschedule because of this. Wasted my time.

The application doesn't load health records, always says 'system busy, please try again later'. The promo code also cannot be applied as the option was greyed out during EHS review arrangement. Overall not a good experience at all

Very bad experience with this app. I made an appointment 3 days in advance, and on the day itself they automatically rescheduled me to another day and time (which I'm unavailable) without asking me, saying doctor is unavailable. I had to cancel the whole thing and schedule again, at which point there were no more slots in the next few days (generally slots are very limited). After I finally made another appointment, doctor called 20 min early, before I was ready.
