Tried to set up for an elderly family member. They were fine with fingerprint login, it was already a challenge though since you need to click "login", then choose "use biometric" then use the fingerprint sensor. But it only works for a couple of weeks, then requires a text message verification. Why? My bank app doesn't do that? Haven't needed to log in for over a year, and it gives the fingerprint prompt as soon as I open the app. This could be much better.

Tried multiple days to make payment. Would not update payment type or let me pay. I just had a blank screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Contacted customer service with Aurora, and I was told to contact the app. Fix your app, please! Other people have been having the same issue with payment that I know! If Aurora wants their money, the app should work!

App wouldn't let me pay my balance after going through all the information. Hard to message doctor. If you have multiple refills, won't always put them all through. I only use app for test results now.

This now the 3rd email on the same subject I cancelled this appointment 3 Fays ago since you refused my Insurance which is beyond insulting sine Advocate accepts all my Insurers infill. Stop. Again, I have asked several times to cancel the appointments with this doctor. He will not accept Humana ??? They are the second largest in the State plus others states. Enough if roof. Get the message as I will not use this doctor because of the above. Again CANCELL THIS APPOINTMENT AS I HAVE DONE SO
