I like being able to review test results and really liked being able to access my hospital stay goings-on. I wish the hospital stay stuff was still available.

The app does not have any option to choose as an insurance provider the company that is the provider for Advocate employees. (Maritain). Only option for Maritain is for Aurora (Maritain) so no local providers can be searched using the website. Customer support only resolution is to call central scheduling and speak to a CS associate. It seems a bit ridiculous that the Advocate Health Live well app, can't be used to find doctors who are in network for the employees' insurance. SMH

No way to contact your dr!! This is the WORST SYSTEM EVER!! I'm trying to contact my doctor at her request but every way you try gets blocked with some stupid questions that have no bearing on the situation.

I'm trying to report health issues to my doctor and upload photos but because I use a VPN, and Advocate can't rape my data, go figure it's not going through. Your privacy does not matter to Advocate, you are a dollar first and a patient last. What's more I will tell you that your hospital in Vernon hills Illinois abuses patients by forcing catheters in. I'll never forget that, and I pay a price for it every day. Nobody's ever said sorry. ಠ⁠_⁠ಠ
