A step in the right direction. Thank you. Very happy that I can use an app to access my account. Much better and easier than online banking. But still a little 'clunky' in comparison to the standard Lloyds personal account app.

Keeps crashing, logging in difficult, no notifications. it's useful, but not great. Once you log out, you need to close the app altogether to get back in. if it's still open in the background, it won't let you log back in.

Crashes EVERY time I open it at least once. Randomly claims my login details are incorrect, then crashes and goes back to log in screen. To gain access after 4 or 5 attempts I have to VPN to the UK. INTERNATIONAL so why does it continually crash when used abroad? The whole point of this Bank is because generally the Customers aren't in the UK often. Enabled Biometrics - nope - that doesn't work. You have to log in every time. Not even a hint of Biometrics!

Slow, won't register my device so to me, it's of no use at all, it's taken 8 weeks for my registration IT issue to be resolved to start with. Would not recommend lloyds international or the app
