Worst Customer care, Now Improving. The customer care agents don't know how to talk to customers. They disconnect the call after they are finished. Don't bother even if customer is talking back. Experienced this on all the calls. After this review, looks like they have improved. Felt some change on the call. As per the app services are concerned, they deliver medicines in all areas with good discount however don't have grocery and other services in all the major areas.

Bad. We have 2 apartments- B403 and B 506. B 403 registered. Unable to register 506. It always takes to 403. How to register 506?

The app asks for access to my camera, storage, location, phone and contact and quits even if any of these permissions are not provided. This is a security concern, and I am choosing not to use your app until this is addressed.

Uff Every Time I open this account it says UNFORTUNATELY APP HAS BEEN CLOSED. Unfortunately I have Uninstalled this app. Unfortunately there is no negative star otherwise would have given negative rating.

After putting in all details and mentioned landline number it crashes and throws you out from the app, tried it on mobile data and as well as on Wi-Fi

Not user-friendly I use android phone and experience is not good. I cannot see the list of residents while using android. The list is visible if I use iPhone but not arranged in sequence. If compare to my gate app, this is a very basic and poor app.
