Linking to Alexa is broken. So don't buy this lock if that's important to you. Support at lockly has been notified for months, but Linking to Alexa remains broken. Terrible support! Update: Ronaldo from customer support found that there was maintenance being performed on the servers when I tried to link with Alexa. Tried again, and it worked!

Can't lock when I'm away from home. App gives unknown error when switching between Bluetooth and internet. No integration to home security cameras.

No access code just installed the lock and downloaded the app. Haven't received an access code. Deleted and reloaded app and still no access code. Had to reinstall my old lock, so I can use my front door.

I HATE this app. I have had the lockly door lock for a little over 2 years and NEVER had a problem. Last month my wife and I updated to the new version of the app. Since then, we CAN NOT USE ANY FEATURE of this app. No matter what we do, the app says that the batteries in the door lock are at 0% and the app will not work. We have done everything possible from putting in new batteries and rebooting the app and the phone to uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone and then reinstalling the app.
