This app is so much cleaner than the previous one. The experience is much better, although I have trouble playing the balloon game on my phone. However, the app isn't opening for me after the android update 14. Edit: It is now opening for me again!

Customer service got right back to me. They are going to adjust the app in 3 weeks or so you can use a little tiny speaker on the guitar. If you do not have an amp, the electric will not pick up with the speaker on its own. But they're working on it. I'm changing my review from one star to five because they got back to being a timely fashion. The app is awesome. They are working on making it work with the tiny speaker. I just had to go buy a nice used damn so

Will ukulele support be coming? I bought one of the loog ukulele and the instructions said to download this app to tune it and learn to use it, but uhhhhh it only has set up and tuning for the loog guitars.....

Waste of time and money. The tuner is not working on multiple devices which makes the guitar pretty useless. The concept of kids learning by playing in app is beautiful, l, but they can't as the app does not recognize the notes. Even if I tune it by my other tuners, the app will still not pick the sound when playing chords. The kid is super frustrated and disappointed. She was dreaming of a guitar, but if she has to spend 30 min on tuning, she loses interest.

Not picking up any strings, balloon pop does not work at all. Also took multiple tries to tune guitar through app. Bought this guitar for the sole purpose of trying the app out in lieu of the app we pay for now. But the app I currently use is a lot further along sadly.

Even with mic permissions the app will not pick up notes from the guitar. iOS or Android it doesn't work. So frustrating.
