Loop the great all round financial solution. A different banking model. However, the issue of Forex adjustment, As per the Loop Visa Card pricing, cross-border transactions attract a foreign transaction adjustment fee of 3.5% of the transaction amount. This charge applies whenever the transaction is processed as an international transaction by the card scheme, regardless of whether the transaction is displayed in KES. This give makes Loop card payments expensive compared to other cards by 3K+

The app is good but customer service 👎🏽. I asked about the "Payable on death" form on email. I was working when they called me back and because I didn't respond in the short time they wrote another email saying that the issue was resolved. I responded to the same email saying that it had not been resolved. I wrote two other emails explaining what payable on death is, including Google screenshots because they claimed to not understand what I was asking for. Then, silence 🤐. I just withdrew.

HAVE MADE SEVERAL CALLS BEGGING THEM TO HELP ME WITH RESET PASSWORD VIA MY PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE Not FOLLOW UP TO CONFIRM IF I WAS HELP THEY ARE THIEFS LIARS AND VERY UNREALIZABLE HAVE JUST LOST MY MONEY TO LOOP PEOPLE JUST LIKE THAT I'm CRYING AND REGRETTING....
