The app is good but customer service 👎🏽. I asked about the "Payable on death" form on email. I was working when they called me back and because I didn't respond in the short time they wrote another email saying that the issue was resolved. I responded to the same email saying that it had not been resolved. I wrote two other emails explaining what payable on death is, including Google screenshots because they claimed to not understand what I was asking for. Then, silence 🤐. I just withdrew.

I have a problem with loading, when you enter your password it cannot log in immediately maybe after 6 or 7 trials. Not good app to rely on especially when in hurry or emergency, and you want to send money immediately

Paying for virtual card just to have validity of 6 months, that's absurd. In the advancements in tech, they have insecure physical cards valid for 5 years for ksh. 500, yet have virtual cards going for ksh. 1200 (sh. 240 yearly) for 5yrs. They don't seem to be serious in business. They should at least have it go valid for 2 or 3 years for the sh. 240 or free just like Mesa global pay.
