The app is good but customer service 👎🏽. I asked about the "Payable on death" form on email. I was working when they called me back and because I didn't respond in the short time they wrote another email saying that the issue was resolved. I responded to the same email saying that it had not been resolved. I wrote two other emails explaining what payable on death is, including Google screenshots because they claimed to not understand what I was asking for. Then, silence 🤐. I just withdrew.

I have a problem with loading, when you enter your password it cannot log in immediately maybe after 6 or 7 trials. Not good app to rely on especially when in hurry or emergency, and you want to send money immediately

Issue 1: The template, gosh, can you add skin templates we can be switching instead of the orange? Including dark mode. Also, can you get better images when launching the app, this app feels like it was made for kids. Issue 2: Add a customize feature to add or remove features you don't want, too much marketing junk that not everyone needs. Issue 3: Fonts, keypad (input area) feels really small. You can't type fast. Issue 4: Add a locked savings account like Cooperative's hekima savings account.
