it's an ok app has greatly improved my 1½ years of usage. Pls consider a contact us link or contacts on the app. It's sometimes difficult to reach the relationship manager and a link to your socials would be a relive

Fingerprint login is broken, app keeps saying wrong password, then during reset it says can't use the same password as before.

I have trouble login no keyboard when I use another phone for Redmi can't log in also keeps staying on the login page. I know you will write I call customer service but have done that over 50 times I here it's developer issues and lastly have used the app over 1 year have never gotten a loan considering I get loans from other banks that means my credit score is good. Very disappointed with loop.
