Good to put some £ on amd then a few mins before your bus arrives log on and choose the ticket you want and then use ur NFC on your phone to use as yer ticket. I used to put on £10/15 and check the Lothian Buses App to see how far away the bus was, then a nin or 2 before it was due to arrive jump on here & sort out my ticket for the day. I've a Nationwide Scotland Free Public Transport (NEC) pass now with a plus 1 as I'm on PIP/ADP. But when I used this app it was good enough. I keep as backup

Using this app for almost two years, it works great most of the time, some updates bring crashing issue, but it's fixable. For anyone with the crashing problem, go to app info - storage and cache, clear storage. It will fix the app for you, but you will have to log to your account again, so make sure you remember your details ☺️

Just changing my review. This app hasn't been working for past two months. Buying tickets is impossible because after selecting my payment method I land on a white blank page. Therefore, I'm unable to buy tickets... Is this app even working for others?! Android user here

Used to be a great app, just activate the ticket and show it to the driver. Now it's just going to a blank white screen. Its costing me £8.30 to get to work and back instead of £5.50 a day which is a hell of a change as I now pay with contactless. No option of getting a friend with an iPhone to buy my tickets and send them to me either as you're not allowed to send discounted bundles. The drivers are great, but the app is useless.

Horrible app for me right now, but ok if you can get it working. Since I got a new phone (Android), the app doesn't open. My phone gives the message "m-tickets keeps stopping". Big pain because you NEED to buy a ticket if you want to use Edinburgh trams and there are very few tickets machines, which sometimes are also broken. For me, this isn't working at all.
