This app is terrible. I bought a membership and half the time the app doesn't work, and I cannot access my entries. Currently sitting in an airport, outside a lounge, unable to get the app to work.

App does not work, support cannot help at all. I cannot even send message to support through the app, nor the website. They cannot even come close to understand the issue. Complete waste of time, and resources. Even when it used to work (that one time), it is a hassle to enter the lounge. Not user-friendly, obscurely slow, and there are so many steps to get a code to enter a lounge. Even the lounge desk personally are fed up with the app crashes, and long procedures.

Can't search for lounges says not connected to the internet. Put location on and doesn't find any local lounges ou let me search. Looking for lounges in Bod rum turkey. Can do it on the website so don't get why app doesn't work. Frustrating
