Luck Seal

Luck Seal turns every fixed shop spill station into one glanceable monthly seal walk your team can finish offline—and trust when the month closes. Open the app and land on a fullscreen kit-check for the next due station, not a buried notes list. Confirm seal intact or broken, step the absorbent pad count, and set absorbent type with quick chips or a typed label. Each save locks a dated monthly pass or fail on device. The station roster and month compliance board show due, done, and overdue kits at a glance so shop supervisors, EHS coordinators, warehouse leads, and facility teams know what still needs a seal walk. Broken seals use a one-tap fail path with a short required reason and restock flag. Get moving immediately with seeded stations—Loading Dock A, Paint Bay, Machine Shop, Fuel Island, Battery Room, and Receiving—or add and edit your own with name, location note, target pad count, and default absorbent label. Per-station history keeps seal state, pad count, absorbent type, and timestamps. Build a plain-text monthly summary and export it through the system share sheet with no network required. Persistent on-device storage powers the full core loop offline. Preferences cover month-reset day, default absorbent chips, and roster sort order, with in-app due badges and day-of-month nudges when the check window opens. No remote sync—just a local pass trail supervisors can rely on.
