LuckyLoc

LuckyLoc is the proof that your tenancy went well.

Were you a good tenant? Show it. LuckyLoc lets you build a LuckyPass: a document that attests to your rental history — rent paid on time, a home kept in good condition, a lease that ended well. A real trust asset for your next rental application.

HOW IT WORKS
- Create your tenancy: address, move-in and move-out dates
- Invite your landlord or letting agency to confirm your history
- Receive your LuckyPass, verified and secured
- Share it in one tap, or by QR code, with your next landlord

ATTESTATION OR CERTIFICATE
Your landlord confirms what you declared: that is an attestation. Attach the lease and the move-out inventory, and once your landlord has checked them, it becomes a certificate — the highest level of proof.

FOR TENANTS
Make your rental record count. No more applications that all look alike: bring concrete evidence of how you rent.

FOR LANDLORDS AND AGENCIES
Confirm a former tenant's record in seconds, and receive applications you can actually verify.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
Your document, your shares: you stay in control. You can revoke a share at any time and delete your account whenever you want.

PLEASE NOTE
LuckyLoc is built for the French rental market, and the app is currently available in French only.

Recent changes:
