I love all my lug items. They are very well-made and offer a lot of different styles. I love the specials and Free Shipping if you spend a certain amount which I think is great. I own a lot of lug products. I love the many compartments that are in the bags and even the wallets. I also love the hidden water bottle space that can be closed when not in use. I have nothing negative to say.

Very nice wide selection of purses, backpacks, carry on and overnight bags on the app., I am someone that is disabled and use a cane so always looking for light weight cross body bags do to back and hip issues. I am someone of age but don't want to look like it, so I bought my first piece from you around month or so ago I guess. It's silver metallic with 2 pocket zipper in front and zipper top. Nice set up inside also and most of all a nice wide stripe very comfortable wearing cross body. Hand free

Not the best at times. Doesn't always have updated items while live, hosts say to refresh constantly if we can't see items. Sometimes it works and usually it doesn't. Has a lot of lag, and it's not my Wi-Fi or internet or my NEW phone that is causing it. You can find items if you decide to shop without the live part bit scrolling is laggy. When you backspace it does this weird scroll thing that doesn't bring you back to the same spot, so you have to re orient and look for where you were.

They screw up my account from gold to silver and not answering me on messages and not fixing my account and I can't push the heart on the wishlist please fix it and update it
