Unable to even create an account or login. Keep getting an error advising me to contact support, however, as I cannot get into the app I cannot access the support function. Not a great start.

This is the poorest excuse for a transport app I have ever come across, the organizations you employ doesn't make it any easier for us to use your app. Drivers are assigned to commuters only to have ignorant coordinators merge loops without prior request or notification of this happening. Would absolutely not recommend this trash. Also notice how the good reviews have not names instead it has Google Users, it's their own staff doing offline reviews. Take this app back to the drawing board
