I downloaded this app because I bought tickets, and the email said to use the app. Well, upon first opening there is just a list of cities. No way to retrieve tickets. Zero. So I looked for the city where the concert is, and it is not listed. It cannot find the event. So this app is not fit for purpose. Immediate uninstallation.
