I have been using lyca for some time now and everything was fine until I tried to buy internet bundle before the one I'm using is over and I couldn't. I waited for it to be over, and they took my credit balance. I'm really disappointed now

This app is really an utter worthless app. Sometimes it never opens and shows that the device doesn't meet Google play requirements all of a sudden. Also, can't check the correct details of our plans, whether the data is really left over or so. And most irritating is we need to log in each and every time with OTP or password. The thing is the app is useless and full of bugs.
