Standard procedure my only problem is a lack of understanding what's the deal with being on a lyca sim card but for some strange reason my phone actsnlikf im on EE, are lyca and EE in partnership or dealing with one another without explaining the situation in any way shape or form because since this started my bundles (lyca mobile bundles) always go through by text or phone BUT TTT my data may aswell be international minutes I never use because I can only do ANYTHING AT ALLELE online by Wi-Fi alone!

Doesn't allow offline use just to check use, plus every time I open the app it demands an update. Most apps are usable even if developers decide to update it but this one locks you out so that's clearly intentional. This app just wants you to waste extra data when you need to add more. Also, there's a whole 100mb difference between what the app says I use vs my phone, either lyca is lying or it can't communicate properly, this could have been solved if the app had an offline mode...

Their network is absolutely terrible; there is a huge gap between what they promise and what they actually deliver. No one should buy their "unlimited" data packs because, despite the "unlimited" claim, they only provide 450 GB. Once that runs out, they simply say, "It was only 450 GB," even though the recharge plan explicitly states "unlimited data for the month." Everyone should give them a zero rating.

Impossible to connect and remain connected! Set up phone and checked data phone working, both were! Then both dropped out! So phoned customer service and once again got connected only to be disconnected a few hours later AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID go with another provider!!!!!!!!! AVOID
