Standard procedure my only problem is a lack of understanding what's the deal with being on a lyca sim card but for some strange reason my phone actsnlikf im on EE, are lyca and EE in partnership or dealing with one another without explaining the situation in any way shape or form because since this started my bundles (lyca mobile bundles) always go through by text or phone BUT TTT my data may aswell be international minutes I never use because I can only do ANYTHING AT ALLELE online by Wi-Fi alone!

Be careful, Lyca app collecting your personal data, and there is no option to stop it. Even in the app, you didn't allow any permission. .

Disaster, avoid at all cost !! Purchased unlimited data plan, and afer 2 days get blocked as I consume too much data. So it is not unlimited plan, it is limited! They took my money and blocked my number than using too much data on unlimited monthly data plan! I highly recommend everyone to avoid this company!! ZERO stars!!

Customer service is very bad, on the expiry day of my plan, I put a balance of £20, but without renewing it, they cut off the existing £20, they harassed me a lot without responding to emails or chatting, I was very troubled on the phone, very, very bad.
