I have depression and anxiety, and I really don't like going to see a therapist, but with Lyra I don't have to go anywhere. I get to do my therapy where I want and when I want. I got to choose my therapist, and there were many options. Lyra makes talking about myself and my problems a lot easier. I definitely recommend, if you are suffering or struggling with mental health please reach out.!

App no longer works. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times. It gets to the part where it sends me a code, but when I put it in, it never loads or even acknowledges I hit the Log in button.

Love the options of the app! Very helpful online tool! However, I'm very frustrated at the times when the App will log me out, but when I log back in, it won't take me to my "care" section. I have to intentionally hit "LOG OUT" in the app, then LOG IN again in order for it to put my back into my things. VERY FRUSTRATING and slows down my progress. Also, THE APP sometimes saves what I was working on when THE APP logs me out, but when I click on the "Draft" it won't open it... ugh!!!

Worst customer support I've experienced. When problems come up, Lyra often blames employers or therapists before later finding the issue was on its end. Meaningful help usually requires escalation; otherwise, responses feel canned and unhelpful. Patients are often left coordinating between Lyra, employers, and providers. For a mental health benefit, the support experience is surprisingly stressful.
