Yes! Many Lyra providers support messaging and will offer guided mental health activities like videos and exercises between sessions. It’s important to note, however, that not all providers support these features. Features can vary based on the Lyra program you are enrolled in. If you’re not sure, ask your Lyra provider if 1:1 provider messaging and digital activities are part of your care plan.

By doing this therapy with Lyra it has helped me figure out my problems and guided me through my thoughts emotions and working on the steps taking notes helps to remember if I fall backwards and unstable I can go through the steps of my learning sessions to get back on track. It's a wonderful feeling to have help when you feel nothing else is working and making it more complicated than it shouldn't have to be. I 100% recommend this best therapy to go too.

Unable to finish a single video in any course. It will begin buffering part way through and freeze the app. Has happened on several videos. Unable to use the lyra website as it logs you out after 10 minutes of inactivity when watching a video.

CRITICAL BUG: The app will drop your session and requires you to log in if you ever switch to another app. Seeing as this app is used for mental health care, this bug is the reason for 1 star. I hope it gets fixed. The error messages are misspelled and grammatically incorrect too.

I have an Android Samsung, after the latest upgrade, the app keeps idling when logging in. it's frustrating when I have a session with my therapist, and I am unable to access it??? I had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times.
